What It Does

Led the project management of rolling out the platform to 300+ clients. I led critical pieces including requirements gathering, QA testing, bug verification, UAT coordination, and production rollout support. Became a reliable operator in high-level meetings where rollout expectations and technical realities needed to align, earning trust from both internal stakeholders and external clients.

Why I Built It

A rollout of this scale required structured delivery management. Without clear KPIs and governance, we would have lost visibility into delivery health.
