Capital project cost control, earned value management, WBS development, and field operations. I manage budgets from $1M to $114M — building WBS structures, tracking commitments and forecasts, correcting SOV data at scale, and serving as owner's representative in the field. This work spans the full project controls lifecycle: from setting up cost structures, to tracking progress against baselines, to producing actionable cost reports for stakeholders.
